This is just too sad. 50% of my paycheck goes to taxes so that I see homeless people everywhere, so that there is crazy crime, so that I’m stuck in traffic all the time, so that my gas prices are the highest in the country, all for what?   4. LOL they don’t enforce the law on camps near schools now. One sprung up right by my kid’s school last spring. All the calls from the school officials and parents about the broken glass and the guy trying to break into the school every day, the yelling and disruption … nothing. “We have no manpower.” Then someone got shot and killed as the kids were going to school one day. The camp was gone that afternoon. The police suddenly had time to address it.

  10. Agree w OP. It’s a drug, it’s used to keep people sick and poor. It’s used against the same people. It’s a drug nora highly addictive- and I still used it as a tool with my 4 year old today. It should be taxed BIG TIME.

  11. Have you considered trying something more mild? If you're struggling this much, meds would likely help. But you can start at a low dose and maybe opt for Vyvanse as it tends to be a bit calmer.

  12. This. It doesn’t have to be as hard. I get annoyed w the fact I have to take something (basically)every day like it really wears on me sometimes. But then if I don’t take my meds my initial honeymoon phase of not caring about shit and enjoying the stress free lie of a life lol just starts spiraling. Then I’m like. I’d rather succeed and be stressed sometimes about getting shit done. Instead of forgetting everything and dealing w the consequences. 🫠🔪

  13. Wow! You just opened my mind to something I just may be able to do. I spend hours and hours researching ADHD and other diagnoses and on true crime as well. Like I’ve been researching all of this since I left college just before I was halfway finished. I’d still have to finish my requirements but I think I could really accomplish this.
