  1. Where I live, rabbits and deer are the culprits.

  2. My deer wait until the tulips are just ready to bloom….

  3. My Mason is the same, when I adopted him I thought he was a Carin Terrier/Scottie mix, but, although he has some terrier, he is my Champoo (Chihuahua, American Stafford Terrier, and Poodle). He weighs 25 lbs and has the short leg gene. We love him to death!

  4. You must not have deers. My first tulips were chomped off just before they bloomed 😤

  5. Even though I know that the leaves need to be straight and pointing up, I kind of like the way it drapes over the pot, but if you follow all the great replies, it should pop back up like its supposed to be.

  6. I’ve learned that if the loose stitching is on the top, it comes from below, check to make sure the bobbin is correctly in place, and if the loose stitching is on the bottom, it’s because there is a problem on the top, make sure the machine is threaded correctly

  7. Thanks…now I’ll be singing this all day! 😆

  8. I have one of these too. I call him my Champoo! He was rescued from the Phoenix area in Arizona and flown up to Washington state. We have had him for 4 years and he is always up for a walk, or a cuddle.

  9. We adopted Mason in 2018 when he was just one years old. Wouldn’t it be something if they were related.

  10. I would visit a local quilt shop with pictures, or the actual quilt and explain what happened. In my experience, quilters are very giving, and there will probably be someone who would gladly finish it for you. If that doesn’t work, try to find a local quilting guild and see if they can help.

  11. Purple and black quilts are beautiful and quite dramatic. Made my granddaughter one last year for Christmas and she loved it.

  12. This is one mix that I need to know, please post results when you get them.

  13. I was having the same problem, but with brown rice. I reworked my meal plan and removed brown rice. So far, things are going much better now.

  14. My “Scottish Terrier” mix turned out to be Chihuahua, Poodle and American Staffordshire mix. I call him my Champoo. Any dog mixed with a chihuahua and Poodle are real cuties. My Mason kind of looks like yours, but he is around 25 lbs.

  15. Was thinking rabbits foot fern too. I have one that my grandma propagated for me when I got married… 43 years ago, still going strong

  16. They do this every year in the fall. My neighborhood trees look just like yours. I’m in Mt Vernon, Wa.

  17. Rocket is like that one mean teacher “not good enough, try again!” It will be beautiful when you finish it (if Rocket lets you)

  18. Mine is doing great too, I do feed it with fiddle leaf fig food (found on Amazon) when I water and it has already given me 4 new leaves. I water it once a week.

  19. Beautiful! I am so nervous to start the binding of my first quilt. Any advice??

  20. I learned to bind from Amy Smart and her Diary of a Quilter blog. She has beginning quilt tutorials that cover everything, and after learning how to bind a quilt, her way, I haven’t done it any other way. It’s easy and always looks great.

  21. What airline is this? I would fly with them in a heartbeat. Love their policy. I hope she had a non refundable airfare.

  22. Love the choices of green, you have an eye for color and the backing is perfect. Love the combo, a beautiful quilt.

  23. RoozenGaarde was established in 1985 by the Roozen family and Washington Bulb Company, Inc. The Roozen family business of growing Tulips, Daffodils and Irises is the largest in the world, covering Skagit Valley with more than 1000 acres of field blooms and 16 acres of greenhouses.
