  1. Don't do it :( They seem to have no intention of refunding the money for the device after it didn't work and do not reply to emails looking for information on how to send it back They did refund the monthly cost, which was BECAUSE THE DEVICE DIDN"T WORK!

  8. I depend on this for work and since I have had no response I've decided to request a cancelation, I just cannot have a service that has this limited communication for support in desperate times. Ordered an AT&T sim card on amazon and will activate it here, fingers crossed. Gonna use my cell phone data until it's max and hope that holds up until my new sim gets here.
