I workout at home still, I have for quite some time, for 95% of people looking for results it's better to be in the gym. The thing about having a home gym is that you can workout whenever you want and so you can workout some other time. You go to the gym and you're in a competitive environment, plenty of guys are helpful, it's easier to stay on a schedule of working out 4,5,6 days a week, plus you have access to a variety of things you probably couldn't fit in your house.
