  1. Seems the hypothesis about the hitchhiker contagion is that it's reducing the number of perceptual filters our brain keeps in place to suss out reality and function normally...I guess that means they should get a study group out to skinwalker and make them trip balls on LSD, shrooms, and DMT, record observations and testimony.

  2. Yeah, this is the time of year I'm out there the least. Starting in September I plan on hitting those trails fairly often.

  3. Also from the area and we've had a chat before. Hamberg Hill near the Trail of Tears forest is another location yall should check out if you ever get the chance. Oakwood bottoms too.

  4. Considering Invasion of the Body Snatchers and Alien got well received, why did The Thing get panned? All 3 are similar films. I understand audiences and critics liking Alien the most of them, but Invasion and The Thing are quite similar and Invasion is arguably even more nihilistic/pessimistic

  5. Heya. I'm from the area and have had an encounter. Chat me if you wanna talk about it.

  6. I feel like part of why they had him pose so much was to show how much more mobility the suit in The Dark Knight allowed.

  7. I feel like you're that same bigfoot bastard idiot who would spam this shit around here before. It wasn't funny then and isnt funny now. And if it isnt the same person, your bit has been done to death already.

  8. My guess is this and The Batman 2 will be separate, but the end will have them setting up for a third (fifth between the two series) movie where they face off somehow.

  9. Also iirc the vrex in the picture is a juvenile. Peter Jackson described the three vrex's as a family. A mom, dad and a juvenile being the last one Kong takes down.

  10. Pretty sure the one pictured is the mother. And they were all 3 essentially the same size, so it doesn't really make a difference which one it is either way.

  11. Really like him as g98's answer to mechagodzilla and probably my favorite adversary of the Godzilla animated series.

  12. The Wolfman, The Invisible Man, and The Bride of Frankenstein are the three best Classic Universal Studios Monsters movies. Dracula and Frankenstein round out the top five, but I think they're not quite as good.
