it's not really relevant for melee because unlike Ultimate melee doesn't have any buffers
Apparently it actually does, for instance if you’re pummeling someone and you hold down the c-stick you will down throw them on the first available frame, you just buffered a down throw

Like 3 days before I signed my loans I still had to raise my hand to go to the bathroom. Even doing all the financial literacy crap they force you to do didn’t tell me that 8 years later I would have paid off the original amount but still owe MORE because of the interest. I didn’t understand any of it, and both my parents grew up poor, I grew up poor, I was the first kid in my family to go to a 4 year university and graduate. And I graduated in 3 years instead of 4 to lessen the burden on my family. Nobody should be preyed on like that.

Are there any movement guides for Yoshi out there? I’m trying to main him and when I see other players play him they move around platforms like they’re a fucking slip-n-slide and I can’t seem to get that movement down, some kind of wave land thing??
Most of the slippy slidey yoshi platform movement that you see is just double jump into immediate waveland onto the platform. The extra little stutter you get from double jumping makes it easy to line up really clean, long wavedashes onto plat, so people are just doing stuff like double jump>waveland>slide off>repeat. You can also turn your double jump around mid air obviously so you can really go stupid on the platforms.
