  1. You cannot know the correct toner until you’ve lightened your hair. Toner is formulated for the specific “canvas” and you cannot know what that “canvas” will be until you get there. I can’t even say whether further lightening is required. I would need to see pics of your taken OUTDOORS in bright sunshine. Only in direct sunlight are all the undertones (natural and artificial) visible and every tone must be taken into account when formulating the color. If even one tone is left out of the hair color equation then achieving your goal color will be IMPOSSIBLE. Period end of story.
