Could you tell your dimmer stages throughout each life cycle?
Started at 25% for seedlings, then around 40-50 as it vegged. This was around 24" from the canopy. When it was flowering, I would turn the knob up a tiny bit every day until I hit 100%, and let it grow into the light before raising it. Hope this helps.
