Concoction Coffee

  1. I love it. What people are saying, it sounds like some kind of custard. However, I’m sure if you go far enough back you’ll find a recipe for something similar in history done by one culture or another. Always have some confidence when experimenting by knowing that there’s an army of equally curious/desperate people who have been in the same fix.

  2. Doesn’t sound that insane to me, honestly! I’ve been to at least two coffee shops in Japan that serve coffee with an egg yolk and a little sugar, and that was delicious (the yolk gives the coffee just a bit of a creamy, rich texture).
