Shipping question on an order I just received

  1. You can't split the order, but you can add two tracking numbers if that helps at all? I would just message the customer and let them know they will ship separately and that the first tracking number they receive is for x item, and that they will receive another for the other item as soon as it ships.

  2. Okay, but the issue now becomes that Etsy is requiring a tracking number to mark the order as shipped, but I won’t have it until the made on demand order ships, but my physical items have to ship by Wednesday.
