Holy shit! Your dad and my dad could be twins! I genuinely thought this was one of my old family photos. It's kind of freaking me out. Same glasses and fashion sense, too. Coolest guy I ever knew. I'll try to find a pic.
Okay, no joke, I literally did a double take because this guy also looks like my Dad who also had the same birthday and same style!!! Are the three of us related? LOL
True story. This guy, my dad, broke a cycle of alcoholism and violence that went back through our familly for many generations. He enjoyed over 25 years of sobriety before passing away. He was a hard working and union organizing Teamster as well as a great dad, Baseball coach, and general rock for anybody that needed anything.
Your Dad is clearly a man to be reckoned with. He is rockin' the Nick Offerman stache AND clothing. Also, looks like he is serious about wherever you two were headed. Nice post.
It must be people from that era, my dad was born in 41, and also sported his 70's style on his "going out" days, but even more close to home is the "Pleather glasses case stuck in the breast pocket of your t shirt" look.
Looks like a cool guy. Mine would have been 74 last month. Tough not to miss him as I enter my mid 30s and see myself becoming him more and more each day.
He looks like a cool dude.
He really does.

Would not want to mess with the old man on this one.

I’ll raise a glass to celebrate the great man for you 🥃
If I were cornered in a bar fight, your paw looks like the kind of man I'd want on my side.
He was born on this date AND it's his birthday? That's quite the coincidence.
What are the chances?
For what it’s worth, I sympathize with you. I wish him a happy birthday, and you a good day🙏

Your shirt is a masterpiece. It’s like a classier version of Manbearpig.
It was my pride and joy. The freshest from Vision Street Wear. Sk8 or die.

Were there scribble notes and random business cards in the glasses case ?..
Is your dad a reformed motorcycle gang member?
Yes
...and we lived in a van down by the river
When was your grandpa deployed in WW2? Asking for a research paper
Did you mean Vietnam?
The 5th Farley brother.
NO YELLING ON THE BUS!
He looks like an excop that even tho these mean streets chewed him up & spit him back out, he's still got a heart of gold.
Other side of the law.
Looks like a cool guy. Mine would have been 74 last month. Tough not to miss him as I enter my mid 30s and see myself becoming him more and more each day.
Was his name Dave and did he teach economics at a community college?
Not this guy
Cool dude. Reminds me of my Uncle John. I can smell the Brylcream and cigarettes.
Today is my dad's birthday as well! He turns 81 today. That reminds me, I gotta give him a call!
RIP. He looked cool. Like a very supportive dad, but also one that you just don't mess with.
Dude looks like Harley Race!
Was he, by chance, a motivational speaker?
No. Not much of a speaker at all.
His Moustache/Sideburns game was fucking grade A, man
1987 Jeep Cherokee Briarwood
