Ngl it is possibile, he would be just 29 in 5 years, has still room to grow and right now is already a Rudy Gobert kind of player, but with better switchability.
I’m very interested to see old Giannis when he becomes basically a full time playmaking center. Dude’s going to be an elite rim defender for a LOOOOOONG time even as his athleticism wanes
Don't know if you'd consider him one but Zion Williamson will be the best 'small ball' center the NBA has ever seen. God forbid he ever ends up on a team like golden State.
Joel Embiid will still be in his prime. I think his body is younger than it says as long as he stays healthy. He missed so many games the first handful of years hopefully that'll be good for his durability in the long run.
This js one of those ones where it's hard to say. Centers are so volatile in terms of skill and longevity that you can't really bet on them being good at any time other than the present. That being said, I'd wager jokic will still be up there. I'd also like to volunteer Kuminga as a really good one. We've seen glimpses of greatness and I think there's a good chance that he improves his game and become a really solid big.
it is basically guaranteed to be Jalen Duren. We have great track records of trading the 13th pick
Victor Wembanyama.
Most overrated prospect in modern NBA history
Mark Williams. One can dream.
Jalen Duren :) thank you hornet bro!
Koloko
How did I know I'd see a Raptors fan commenting this as soon as I seen the thread 😂
I raise you kamagate
Kessler, Koloko, Chet, Duren, Mark Williams in no particular order
Dude I came here to say this 💀💀💀
Least homer Raptors fan
Probably jokic, Mobley, bam, ayton, kat
Jokic is probably the safest answer. 2x MVP, only 27, and has a style of play that won't be dramatically affected by a loss of athleticism.
Mobley is probably still a 4, but I would take him over all the others you mentioned regardless of position in 5 years.
Jarrett Allen.
And Khalifa Diop + Mobley
Ngl it is possibile, he would be just 29 in 5 years, has still room to grow and right now is already a Rudy Gobert kind of player, but with better switchability.
Giannis once he starts playing center full time

Jokic will be Nr. 1
ROBW 🔒
Wiseman redemption arc
Mark Fucking Williams
Hope so!
Serious lack of Timelord in this thread. He's already top 10 and he's only 24. If he stays healthy the sky is the limit.
The entire thread is just people recommending their teams guy. These threads are so useless.
Jokic, Mobley, Victor W, Bam, KAT
Day'ron Sharpe, Nic Claxton, Jarrett Allen
Brook Lopez, Mason Plumlee
Sengun
jokic
Last time Hornets traded pick 13 it was Kobe. Now it’s Duren. You see the trend ;)
Looney
Me
Kessler and ant lol
Jokic, Ayton, Bam, Mobley
warriors

Victor Wembanyama.
Probably someone like kat
Kat is never gonna be the best center lol
Chet Holmgren, Aleksej Pokuševski, Ousmane Dieng, Jaylin Williams, Isaiah Roby
Mike Muscala will only be 35. I’d move Roby and add Moose.
Rob Williams, Bam Adebayo and DeAndre Ayton will be the top 3 centers in five years
Hartenstein, no ;)
Scottie Barnes, Kuminga, Davion Mitchell, cade Cunningham and of course, Giannis
I hope there will be centers in the NBA in 5 years 🤔😂
Domantas Sabonis
P’hilus D’Milpus, my 2k player

Jokic, Embiid, Mobley, Ayton, Timelord and Looney
