How could this happen?

  1. Eat a lot of junk food and it can hinder you. No milk, no protein, no fruits are all big contributors to failing to reach your maximum potential.

  2. Nutrition is a big part but it can’t hinder your height by 5-6” I believe, imo, it’s just that he didn’t get the tall genes haha

  3. Milk is loaded with estrogen which hinders height growth. Better to limit it and get your calcium and nutrients elsewhere honestly.

  4. Genetics be weird and inconsistent. I've learned that from reading posts here for many years. You can have a taller guy in a short family (me) or a short guy in a tall family. A guy who wears a size 15 shoe while everybody else wears size 8 (me, LOL).
